There are a lot of things to take in to consideration.
What opiodes you've been taking, the dosage and frequency all kinds of things.
I don't really know a whole lot about opiates but you should probably elaborate. Heh.
I dunno, from what I've seen among a few friends that use heroin, like... you'll have withdrawals but not severe. Mostly lots of "sleeping it off"
