Will Etizolam powder dissolve in 40% vodka? Stim panic attack! Need help now please!

I need to know if Etizolam powder will dissolve in 40% alcohol? My Golden Retriever Penny is suffering from extreme panic attack due to stimulant overdose. She can't search out any Propylene Glycol or alcohol over 40% no matter how hard she sniffs! Help!!! *Ruff Ruff*

why mix it with vodka? i'd just stick with the etizolam, I've done some stupid shit mixing benzos and alcohol and although alcohol is anxiolotic, using it to counter a stim overdose could make it worse. etizolam alone hits pretty quick and as cliche and difficult during a panic attack as this is try to relax and calm your breathing, avoid any source of aggitation if possible

I meant to make a solution to dispense it in liquid form. Not to drink. It will be 100mg etiz per 50ml vodka. so 2mg etiz per 1ml vodka.(high benzo tolerance :script= 8mg lorazepam daily)
