Misc will diuretics effect how long a drug lasts?

I know diuretics effect how long drugs stay in your system, but do they also effect how long a drug lasts? say I take a suboxone, take my diuretics, and then drink lots of water. Will the Suboxone wear off faster?
 
I'm not sure about all of them, but taking amphetamines or caffeine will do so...
 
If it is a CNS stimulant, it will speed the process in which the drug is metabolized. I'm not sure exactly what those do, so wait for someone a bit smarter than me in this dept. to answer you. Just giving the advice I can...
