Will comedowns get worse after each use?

So i've rolled a total of 9 times but i've stayed around the one month rule, never had an actual bad comedown from the typical serotonin depletion, usually just afterglows. although my roll last weekend i experienced a bit more than usual, i felt just a bit depressed, not all there in my head, and just plain drowsy, only last for about 4 days though, feeling fantastic now :).. so my question being, i have a huge festival coming up in 4 weeks and im going to be taking MDMA again, but im wondering if these bad after effects are going to magnify this next time around and be much more of a chance of having a real bad comedown, or will i maybe just go back to having a good ol' afterglow like im use to? Thanks

I think most members here will agree that comedowns will become worse over time and this is probably true.
It is however hard to say for sure how it will affect you; drugs and their side effects affect everyone differently. For example, I have definitely had my fair share of 'terrible tuesdays' but have also gotten away just fine with MDMA use with no real comedown to speak of a long time after I first started using. It is in my opinion not always so linear as people say, other factors such as your general mood and the things that go on in your life are important too.
This is not to say that frequent use doesn't increase the chances of a bad comedown, it most likely does!

Staying properly hydrated, not taking crazy amounts, going easy with other drugs, remembering to eat can all help with the come downs.

Comedowns vary, some can be bad - impossible to say if your next one will be as bad as your last.

Never had a comedown in 2 and a half years. Just my experience. Follow the HR guidelines provided in this forum, like I have, and maybe you'll be lucky like I am.

The main thing I've noticed is that the experience has gradually become less recreational. The comeup has gotten harsher, the peak can be weird and not exactly enjoyable, and it's not until the redose where I find myself where I wanted to be. But once I'm 'there' so to say, it's like the first time again and the comedown is just a beautiful afterglow. Perhaps this is just a tolerance thing because the redose seems to send me 'there', as I've never tried dropping higher initial doses, so next time I'll be testing that with a 180mg dose.

Personally, I feel that moderating MDMA usage by more than a month is important for preserving the 'magic', well at least that's all I've noticed from my 2 and a half years experience of taking it once a month.

I rolled very regularly a few years ago.
I used to love it.
But now even the high is sad for me.
The comedown has me bursting into tears like the world is ending now.

I am now on anti depressants to try and even out the serotonin i depleted.

X is serious shit.

I have used MDMA somewhere around 10 times, including 3 times after 9 months of serious drug induced DP/DR.

Once I educated myself on the HR rules (after my extended comedown) I have not had any problems with feeling like shit or depressed after I roll.

I've taken MDMA dozens & dozens of times, probably over 100 times. I am heading for 50 & I have every intention, although I have not taken MDMA for about 3 years, of continuing until I die lol

In my experience, you need more than 1 month between hits, 6 or 8 weeks will do it, I reckon. You also need to dose clean, pure drugs in controlled dosing, no redosing, no bingeing. Then, you still need about 6 months completely clean about every 2 or 3 years. Do that & perhaps I like me, you too will never loose the magic <3

Know your source, know your drugs, know your self!

Blessings young 'uns ;)
