Opioids Will codeine spoil all my good work in lowering tolerance to oxy?

I'm on an a break from Oxy (I only used to use one or 2 nights a week anyway) as I noticed my tolerance building. Whereas I once enjoyed 20mg, I was starting to need 40mg.

Anyway, will a 200mg CWE codeine dose spoil the effects my break from Oxy is having? I've not had anything for about 2 weeks now. I don't plan on taking Oxy for another 2 weeks either (a month break in all). I guess it shouldn't too much right? I've never found it anywhere near as potent as oxy, or never notieced tolerance build so rapidly.
 
Take my opinion lightly but I think you'll be fine. Codeine is MUCH weaker than oxycodone and if you just plan on taking it for a day I really don't forsee it throwing you back into oxy. The only problem I could see would be you taking codeine and being unhappy with the effects which may cause you to crave that oxy "high".
 
Yes it will any opiates cause tolerance to any other opiate. Although it probably won't be a very big one with something as weak as codeine. If you want all you tolerance gone stop all opiates even the weaker ones IMO.
