Opioids Will codeine get me high?

A couple of months ago i took 2 5/325 percocets and didnt feel a thing. I tried another four a week later, and yet again nothing. I have no opaite tolerance at all. My friend just gave me 3 30mg tylenol 3s and I was wondering if i could possibly feel something this time, being a differnt drug?

codeine is still an opiate drug but weaker. so if you didnt feel anything from 10mgs of oxycodone theres a good chance you wont feel 90mgs of codeine

if that 5/325 was generic then it probably wasnt really 5/325 because the dosage is never consistent with generics. I wouldnt waste my time with anything lower than 7.5 for the fact that all the acetominophin that adds up (the 325 number) is really bad for your liver.

My girl got some cough medicine that was from her friend from India. This stuff said 13% codeine. I used to drink about two table spoons and was feeling nice. Just as nice as taking a 7.5. Its not that codeine is weaker, its a different molecular structure. I used to take codeine pills when there were no percs around and they worked well for me. I never banged dope into my veins so I didnt have a tolerence issue either. I only snorted it a few times.

The best bet would be to try to find someone who sells the Percs that arent mixed with acetominophen ...That stuff kills your liver....(Roxicodone is the brand that just has oxycodone in it). I knew a dope head who would sell them to me and he would buy bundles for himself. Those were the best but they are hard to get around here. He used to get everything. Even 40 MG morphine pills.

codeine is still considered a weaker opiate as you can convert a certain amount of codeine to equal a certain amount of oxycodone and you will always need more codeine.

and to get rid of the acetaminophen just do a cold water extraction

You are right that codeine is structurally different but it is also much weaker mg for mg than oxycodone. Tylenol only "kills" your liver if you take more than 1000mg at once or more than 4000mg within a 24 hour period, or you combine it with alcohol. Tolerance does not only occur with people who bang their dope, people who take their opiates orally also develop tolerance, some people have a natural opiate tolerance, which might be why the op is not getting high off the percocets. To most opiate naive people those percocet should get them high. next time do some more research, so you won't give people wrong advice.

^ just to be clear, if you take 4.1 grams of APAP once it's not going to kill your liver (absent already having liver damage or something). 4 grams is what the FDA says you can safely take EVERY day and the problems can be cumulative so to destroy your liver in one go, you need much more than 4 grams.

Strongheart - saying generic doses are never consistent is ridiculous. Generics made in western countries at least are STRICTLY regulated to be just as effective as their proprietary counterparts.
