will acetyl-fentanyl over ride naltraxone

hey bluelight, now i know fent will override the vivitrol shot, which is extended release naltraxone, but of its pure potency and higher binder affinty. now i know acetyl-fent isn't as strong, guessing the binding affinty wouldn't be as high. any input would help. thanks
