will a single dose of 800mg of Diclazepam cause withdrawals?

Basically, I intentionally OD'd on Diclazepam about 2 weeks ago, I took 800mg in one dose, (400 2mg pills, i think 2-4mg is a standard dose) I didn't recieve any medical attention for this, what I didn't take into account at the time is that diclazepam has a halflife of 120 hours, which means that I'm going to have a high amount of diclazepam in my system for a while, can simply having it in my system cause dependance and thus withdrawals?

unconscious the first day, complete lack of inhibitions for the several days after, managed to get in a fight with nearly everyone I know :/ I was slurring my words for almost a week which made me think i'd possibly done permanent damage but my speech is back to normal now

What the fuuuuck!? It'll take at least a month or so before that diazepam will be out of your system... I'm not sure if that's enough to cause dependence. Why did you decide to ingest so much?

You are currently overdosing on Diclazepam and probably gonna be black out for a month or 2 and yes you might feel withdrawal symptoms at this time.
