Will a 1 week break from zopiclone lower tolerance?

If I take a 1 week break from zopiclone will it lower my tolerance?

I usually take it a few times a week and don't get withdrawals when I stop.

The half life for Zopiclone is a short 5 hours (compared to klonopins 30-40 hours), so one week should lower your tolerance quite a bit.

But if you're only using it once or twice a week, then the difference will be relatively small.
