Will 25mg hydrocodone make me nod

I have no previous experience with hydrocodone, will 25mg make me nod or should i take 30mg, also what will the high be like. Oh and will 30mg cause repressed breathing

I have plenty of experience with oxycodone and methadone
Edit: I take that first statement back i dont care about vomiting but i took 15mg once and it didnt do shit

so you should be able to use your oxy dose to get a rough estimate of your hydro dose.

start as low as possible because once tolerance sets in you will be thinking of the glory daze when you get off on 15mgs.


i say 15mgs to start, and if you don't feel anything in 30-45mins take another 5mgs

It won't necessarily cause respiratory depression, it depends on your tolerance. 30mg hydrocodone is not a huge dose for someone with some tolerance - 30mg hydrocodone = 20mg oxycodone (roughly) - have a look at the chart in hydro's link as she suggested or in our signatures and work out what the equivalent dose of hydrocodone is. Someone with no opiate tolerance should tread more carefully of couse.

It is always best to start low and work up, and don't take the charts as 100% accurate - they are a guide only - but they should give you some idea of what effect 25/30mg hydrocodone will have on you.
