hey guys!

I am going to an major event on this weekend and i got one problem.. I got like heart inflammation (Myocarditis) about 3 months ago and on the paper i am healty right now but i can feel some pain if i get my pulse to high for to long.

Thats why i wounder what drug is good to use during this event? Stimulants are probably no go. anyone know about Shrooms or tryffels? Or maybe i should stick to some alcohol or weed?

Thanks guys!

Have you had an EKG and sonogram since? Probably a good idea to make sure there isn't any damage that wasn't initially caught.

Until then, I'd do weed and shrooms on beta blockers if possible, and avoid stims. Alcohol shouldn't have much effect.

I would say opiates won't have much if any effect on your heart rate. Benzos for me seem to bring up the heart rate but also drop the blood pressure pretty significantly. Weed will raise heart rate and possibly BP, but if you take a benzo with it the effects might not be as prevalent(or at least they won't bother you as much). Alcohol is fine when you are on it, but the hangover could cause increased HR and BP. Shrooms would be tough to predict, anything on shrroms that might cause a little anxiety can be exacerabated on the shrooms, which would also jack up your hr and BP.

Honestly I think the only things that would give you a relatively small chance of increasing the stress on your heart is some type of downer/sedative/CNS depressant. So opiates, benzos or alcohol (but alcohol use needs to be kept under control).

yes i have, but i still do feel some preasure/pain when i do get my heart rate up.

Can you realy take beta blockers and shrooms? is that any good?
If so then shrooms it is! :)

If you've had an EKG and haven't been given any activity restrictions or diagnosis of continuing damage, I'd say you don't have too much to worry about as long as you don't go crazy with cocaine or something. Shrooms+beta blockers are an awesome combo, think shrooms with no body load or possibility of panic attacks. Pretty similar with weed.

Mostly I'd just say start exercising more to strengthen your heart muscle, and go back to the doctor if your symptoms aren't clearing up. Your heart is probably just somewhat atrophied from the inflammation still, and has a bit of a hard time keeping up.

Stopped stimulants years ago cause o a bad x trip that had the heart racing for weeks. Did the EKG thing & everything was fine. Even did a stress test years later, all good. Will never touch stimulants, stuff is bad for the heart. Like recommended above, opiates is the way to go & they definitely wont raise your BP or HR. Thats why hospitals use opiates for pain, it stabilizes the HR & whatever else inside the body.

The mushrooms plus beta blocker sounds like an alright idea.

The thing is, if you are focused on your heart, you're going to increase it no matter what you take so I would evaluate thoroughly whether you trust yourself to not trigger a pulse and BP spike or an outright panic attack before diving into something that plays with your mind like psychedelics do. Any baggage you bring into a psychedelic usually tends to come out while you're on the psychedelic. It can be very therapeutic or it can be a trip from hell.

I think you need to weigh the pros and cons and make your own decision because once you start the experience, you're going on the ride either way. Maybe its best to just stick to alcohol this go around?

does anybody have personal experience with the mushroom beta blocker combo? cant find much information anywhere but I have stayed away from all psychedelics since I started metoprolol, however you guys have my interest peaked at the prospect of any safe psychedelic-beta blocker combo. Not willing to guinea pig it myself but if there was going to be a psychedelic that is safe to take with beta blockers it would be mushrooms as they are least stimulating psychedelic I have taken (to the point they can be almost sedating)
