^Surprisingly it did. A lot better [my weekend just officially finished today]. I feel like I'm floating on rose-scented air at the moment. :)

This also made me giggle - the explanation reads like this:

I just spent the last hour chatting with my best friend.

Lots of laughs were had and now I'm smiling like this =D
 
Spent the last few hours riding my mates old CR250. Gotta love the old 2 strokes with their powerband and all, been so long. For those that don't know, powerband is like turbo in a car, hit a certain rev range and it kicks in and makes you fucking hammer.

I need to get a bike, its going to happen.

I am fucking bullet proof at the moment. Nothing is impossible and I do realise that there is a difference between confidence and competence. You can't fake happiness my friends...... you just breathe it.



And it's contagious.... like some sort of sweet bubonic plague.



It shouldn't be possible, I have to run the 110 hurdles, and everyone seems to be attaching stupid big slippers to my feet, yet each hurdle is but a minor blip.


Even the thought of facing the Mother in law tonight doesn't faze me because I know she is one person who will come though.




It is nice to see that the smilie thread is at least keeping up with the frown thread for something different.

Lucky I'm just a boy...........

I have absolutely had the best birthday today... friends sms'ed me that are seeing me in a few hours anyway.. it was so sweet! I went for a job interview and they hired me immediately I start training tomorrow ! I have a cool present waiting for me from a bluelighter... I cant wait to see it and put it to use ! And things are just good... I have a heap of friends cooking me dinner tonight then we are going out to trivia... I honestly feel blessed to have such awesome fun positive people in my life.


I allowing myself a few liberties today also... no exercise, a sausage in batter (MY FAVOURITE VERY NAUGHTY FOOD EVAAA) and going to watch point break (MY FAVOURITE MOVIE IN THE UNIVERSE AND ITS A LUXURY TO WATCH BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN IT SOOOO MANY TIMES BEFORE !!!)
Anyways, it has barely started yet and its just been a great great day :D

My friend is constantly trying to get me to eat a Fray Bentos Pie in a Tin.
I have refused everytime he asks of course as they look so hideous. His latest attempt involved getting Jesus on board to ask me to eat one - check it here.

Plus this is lame but had me in stitches. I love how he keeps hitting his head and then laughing sommore'. Kids are nuts. =D
Aaaaand I am giggling my ass off listening to Chocolate Rain. Awight', enough of the You Tube-ing already. :p



Floating on the back of a truly amazing weekend and looking forward to many many many more just like it. <3

My flight home is delayed, which normally would make me so ANGRY, however I have access to the lounge so consequently tv, mags, internet and food and wine and they also happen to have one of my all-time favourite wines (t'gallant juliet pinot grigio if anyone is wondering) at the bar!
