Whats made me smile? In 2 hours Ill be meeting my gf, and were gonna come back here, and for the 1st time in weeks ill be able to jst chill wit her for the weekend n watch movies n tv shows n go out to a party n let loose =D (bloody exams preventing my trippings)
 
^^ what exams are we talking about? all my sucker mates have their year 12 half yearlys.. i guess it was a choice decision to leave and get a job.

Yeah, same as them, I dont see how gettin into Uni means ur a sucker tho

I'm going to a doof today. I'm so glad it's the weekend. This week sucked some major balls, like working 5 days. What's with that?!?
 
Nice on Mz Meow! Give the birthday girl a huge hug for me. :D I hate 5 day work weeks, it really cuts into my schedule.

My night was awesome - I watched TV, got Chinese, hung out with Falcor, watched a few episodes of SaTC in bed and then spoke to one of my best friends for ages, had a great sleep and woke up at 10!

Today, Mz MHM is visiting from Sydney! We're hanging out, getting a bottle of gin, some tonic... excellence. :D

I also got my eyelashes tinted for the first time on Thursday - I can't believe how many more i seem to have, they're huge. A problem with long eyelashes is that when I wear mascara, unless I wait till it's completely dry, if you put sunnies or spectacles on, I end up with little lines running down the lense from when i blink. Now i don't worry about that. :D

An old friend cooked this cake for her daughter's first birthday. New mums are the best!

And this is a smile from earlier in the week, but joannie_mhm mailed a Jim Morrison biography to me at work. Totally made my day.

Oh and my employer finally pulled through on the payrise I was offered in January. Better late than never, and it was for more than their initial promise so I can't really complain.
 
V Festival - it was actually awesome! Such a stress-free festival (except for minor concentration camp type issues getting on the train home).

Plus I got free tickets!!

I'm tutoring someone in biology today. It's not like I'm getting paid, but it does make me realise that somewhere along the line I picked up some knowledge and am not completely useless.
 
Jo and i did great damage to a bottle of gin last night - and i'm feeling great today! I'm putting it down to the tonic and it's obvious curative properties. ;)
 
After an awesome show i worked hard on all week, we had a great time out having drinks at the local last night. And after we had an extra hour sleep in this morning we got some yummy nandos for lunch, and Nick looked over at me with my sticky chicken fingers and said "Everything is so perfect, i love you."

Awwwwww.
 
I have walked in excess of 20km in under 24 hours at Wilson's Prom.

I'm sore, but hey, I made it - despite thinking I was going to die as I walked up, up, up (it wouldn't end.. an uphill battle) a mountain this morning.

Sealers Cove has a gorgeous beach - I likey a lot! :)
 
had the car for the first time in yonks (my mothers decided im back to being a sensible driver i think - not that i ever was one but, yea, thats for me to know and her not to find out), and even tho its not my car (cos all of them got wrapped round posts or ended up smashed into the rear of someone elses car) it just felt.....free.....to b cruising along, screaming to really loud metallica, yelling obscenities at shitty drivers (they probly cudnt hear me over james hetfield anyway), at the speed i like going
the only thing that wud hav made it better was if it was my car and was a holden rather than a jappa-crappa.....but then i tend to smash holdens to bits esp wen theyre mine so maybe thats debatable....
