Spontaneous credit card expentiture has turned a lame arse 3 day weekend of pretend date Friday followed by Saturday golf with the boys into a whirlwind interplanetary collision of Large Hadron Collider proportions...... thank you Samadhi, you are a fucking genius, promise I will return the favour and put a smile on your face one day....<3 =D

Also, despite losing touch tonight, we were still able to win the fight. Who the hell fights over pathetic touch football? Well obviously our opposition, who had 2 players suspended after an all in brawl after the whistle last week. We might actually get the points by defaut....ahhhh de-fault, the losers favourite two syllables:D

Also having good mates in high(ish) places always puts a smile on my face when they pull strings because they love me..... Ta Bra <3

Video also refers to both movies in general, as well as the format 'videotape'. Dvd does stand for digital video disc, after all.

I have a new hoody and it is all warm and fleecy inside <3 Also the button up pockets on the front are real and I can put my hands in them. It has all my requirements for a good hoody:

*must zip or button up
* hood must actually go on comfortably and not look stupid
* not too expensive
* pockets are a plus

I always thought it was Video as it makes perfect sense, but i was shown otherwise a while back.

Huh. The Merriam Webster says it is "video", Dictionary.com says it was "video" and is now "versatile" and the Etymology portion of of the DVD wikipedia page suggests evidence for both or neither. Such Controversy!! Yes I have a lot of time on my hands.
 
It has always standed for Versatile as long as I have known.

I smiled when my mate asked my if I like my bag in our out when she was making me a cup of tea. Oh and laughed and laughed, bit of a personal question don't you think?

And as if that wasn't enough to smile about, today was the very last day of my mind-numbing, soul-devouring work as a public servant.

As of next Tuesday I'm back in private industry, on a new career path and working for a company that looks like it's pretty much everything I was looking for. :D

Baraka is actually my alias on many forums on the internet. Love the ducklings part.

My smile: I passed my Network+ exam (computer exam, cost's $435 dollars just to take it), next up: Security+ Exam

Bought a new cactus this afternoon, its a Monstrose Cereus hildmannianus. They are common but I havent had one before. Its a bit yellow but a few doses of Kelp will sort that out, it was cheap so I can complain.
