Why won't I nod?

I have a fairly decent tolerance to opiates, it takes 10-12 norco 10s to get me feelin real good.

Over the last month or so, I've shot 8mg diluadad 5-6 times. First couple of times 1/2 a pill then a whole pill and I've never come close to nodding.

I'm new to opiates, really only using them the last 6 months or so, I've built a helluva tolerance really quick.

Tonight I took a 30mg morphine orally and shot 8mg diluadad and hardly feel anything. My buddy whom I've been "babysitting" is in lalaland.

How much diluadad is safe to shoot at once assuming my situation?

well, if you aren't nodding, do more.

if you've a fairly decent tolerance to opiates, 8mg of dilaudid is not gonna make you nod - 30mg of morphine (especially orally) won''t do anything.

even though I'd stayed away from opiates for a few week, it took 12mg of dilaudid to send me anywhere close to a nod... today, after being opiate free, i had to smoke half a bag of down along with a beer and a bong toke to send me into my first nod in forever.

i'd say don't shoot more than 24mg of dilaudid. while i'm sure you wouldn't OD, i'm quite sure that you would nod hard enough to just pass out.
 
Or just eat a xanax bar. I have gotten to the point it takes so much to make me nod its cheaper to just do some bars with my pills and Ill be nodding.
 
^this is a *harm reduction* site. When someone asks about dosing one drug please don't advise them to add another fucking dangerous drug in.
The vast majority of opioid OD's are due to concomitant dosing of sedatives such as alprazolam.

I generally try to avoid benzos, unless I'm coming down from meth. Usually i'll pop a football a couple of hrs before I want to go to sleep and I get good rest (i don't zoom alot).

My friend who showed me how to do this has alot more experience in using this and will get fucked up off 4mg, if he bangs a whole 8 then I spend the night babysitting keeping him from burning his house down by dropping cigarettes lol.

When I bang a whole 8mg I get a nice little rush, not extremely powerful, just a nice warm feeling and a big smile.

Also, does anyone have any experience in "speedballing" meth and dilaudad? I've heard its a helluva combo.
 
No, No stay away from benzos and opies. OP, sorry, but you are experiencing the cold hard facts opiate tolerance. It goes up blazing fast, and stays there.

Now when combined with benzos the CNS suppression is magnified exponentially. In other words you may find yourself wondering why you are barely breathing. This happened to me with Methadone and Valium. Its the closest I ever came to leaving here. Those two and booze just don't mix.

Your simply building a tolerance so its becoming harder to nod. I can't tell you the exact dose of dilaudid to take that will give you a nice buzz but it sounds like you may want to double your dose.

BTW, forget the oral Morphine, its worthless compared to IV dilaudid. If it were IV Morphine that would be a different story.
 
100 mgs hydro gets you off and 8 mgs dilaudid IV you barely felt? 50 mgs hydro gets me off pretty good and slamming a 4 knocks my dick in the dirt.
 
Even 100mg of hydro won't make me nod. It's just retarded taking that much and bad enough that I do.

I did back to back 4s when I woke up earlier and I think I started to nod, but I was barely awake anyway.

I get the pills for free so I guess i'm gonna save up 3 of them, bang 2 then if I don't feel it do another half until i'm asleep lol.

Obviously you are doing it to get high & not for pain. When you are taking 12 nocos at a time & its barely giving you a buzz, its time to slow your roll.
 
Dilaudid isn't very noddy, more of a hell of a rush and then not much. Morphine (and I'm sure H) are the things if you're looking for a nod.
 
Still trying to achiev the nod. Took a few days off from poking myself and took very little in the way of opiates. Today I took 2x 30mg morphine sulfate when I got up, then around 9pm I took 90 mg morphine followed by another 90mg at 11pm. At appx. 1am I took 2 lortabs and at 2 am I slammed an 8mg D, then another D at 3 am. It's now 6 and my eyes are droopy and my vision is blurred if I try to focus on something forcing me to close them for a minute once in a while.

I'm not sue if I'm "nodding" or just sleepy. In either case, I feel hella good.

I've got 3 Ds left. I think tomorrow evening I'm just gonna back to back to back 'em and see what happens.

As for heroin, I've never really had the chance to use it. I'm kinda glad too, even though one day I'd like to try it, but i'm still a bit of a pussy and am afraid of it and its power.

you'd be surprised at how fast opiate tolerance builds. its terrible :(

dxm helps to lower tolerance tho
 
i would advise against trying dope. Atleast now i c ur still in somehwat control of opiates. Once u start with the H u can kiss ur life goodbye just my advice.
 
does dextromethorphane really reduce opiate tolerance or is that a wives tale?

i want to try H, but i'll prolly wait until i find out i have a terminal illness and OD on it lol

100-120 mg of Hydrocodone at once to get feel good is big business.

how do you stay from getting sick as shit..

your crusin for rehab or at min a long hard taper, or a horrible home CT detox.

I hope wherever you this shit for free doesn't cut you off..or you will know what hell is.

what is very little..anyone I know that can take 100-120 mg of Hydro at once to feel real good needs at least that much in a entire day to not be sick as hell.
 
If I abstain from use for a few days, life sucks, but not cause I'm sick, just cause I'm not high.

I'm lucky that I don't get sick from WD, but at the same time, it sucks cause I can use large amounts of pharm opiates and don't get trashed.
 
if ur shooting man, ur not too knew...

u wont nod cuz ur tolerance has skyrocketted

either get a six firgure a year paying job and be able to afford all the opiates u want [or just until u gain tolerance again]

or stop

czu the only way to lower tolerance without pretending using sub, vitamins or taking a 3 day break will actually works (placebo)

is to stop taking them for a few weeks
