Opioids Why no hydro without acetominophen?

^^No, what I meant was that the combo pill would still be schedule 3, obviously a hydro 80 would be schedule 2.

As for the poster who suggested I just start doing heroin, opiates aren't really my thing. I was just curious, not jonesing to slam some hydro.
 
whats the highest dose of hydro (with out the apap, CWE) any of you guys have taken?

i use heroin probably 2-3 times a week. i smoke it and slam it, what do you think a good dose of hyrdo would be? should i even bother? i just have a shit ton of them and would like to know what to do with them..

No, there is no point. Your tolerance from heroin would prevent you from being able to use the hydrocodone recreationally.
 
Not sure why there isnt any hydro without an addative (acitominophen).. I have asked myself that many times

FYI tho.. they DO make hydrocodone with ibuprofen (vicoprofen is what we used to call them)
they give you a bit different buzz for some reason.. but still good
they are rarely prescribed, but usually for people with known liver issues as ibuprofen kills the stomach instead

And for those of you who dont know, hydrocodone/apap combination pills are the most commonly prescribed narcotics in the USA. The pharma companies were well aware the days of o><y flying off the shelves were coming to a screaming halt so many jumped on the hydro bandwagon. They were well aware that the doctors who were under such scrutiny would favour a schedule III med over a sched II. Which is also why the pills only come in 10mg,anymore and the fda would have made it a II.

I know they arnt nearly as tightly regulated because my old doctor from when Ilived in bridgeport, connetticutt could call in my hydro, and give refills, where as with my O><Y , it had to be on a piece of paper so it could be kept on record, and no refills, new R>< on a mandatory visit.

Vicodin and it's generics are the most commonly sold/prescribed drug in the united states believe it or not. In '06 their were 100,000+ scripts written for hydro/APAP, that I can promise you would not have been written so liberally if it were a schedule II drug.

They do make pure hydrocodone at compounding pharmacies for those who need it, usually when hydro works better for whatever reason for a pain management patient. It is just uncommon as it is easier to write a script for oxy at that stage and most people would rather have a a perc/roxi script than a hydro script.

I disagree completely and I know i'm probably the only one. But I can go from smoking heroin everyday for months to 10mg norcos (60mg minimum for one dose) and still be semi-satisfied. I feel like my body just LOVES hydrocodone. I get the most clear headed crisp euphoria off of hydro. heroin, opana and oxy all but me in a 'opiate cloud' kind of reminding me of how I used to feel when I smoked weed everyday. don't get me wrong, I will always choose opana/heroin over hydro. but...i get hydros for free so i guess that adds to the good euphoria. i kind of have a guilty high when I buy large amounts on heroin...

exactly the same. oxy gives me a really strong body high, but hydro gives a much stronger head high which is what i'm after. hydro and a few beers or some promethazine is like the best aspects of hydro and oxy put together..imho.

100-120 mg though, not 60. =(

I used to take 10/11 at a time, but I realized it was a waste when I took 60mgs and felt exactly the same :\

vicoden is such a weak drug, why wouyld anyone want it at such high doses? just go for oxycontins. the high is much better im pretty sure everyone would agree. it would be a waste of money for companies to research and patent a new hydrocodon pill with no apap when oxys are already king of the market and they know it wont surpass oxycontin if they tried. although it is true that vicodens are prescribed more often than percosets in low doses but in high doses oxy takes the cake.
 
OK. Fish recently smoke meth on foil. So why cant I use CWE to get rid of the Tylenol in vicoden 10 and use acetone or other low evaporation water suitable liquid to make a substance I can smoke Hydro the same way? Any Ideas on what would be best to use or any Ideas?
may be Acetone / water mix with sodium hydroxide to make a past that will evaporate at a low temp.
