Why no energy from Vicodin anymore?

Sorry if in wrong spot but I've taken a fair amount of opiates in the past. Almost exclusively hydrocodone and oxycodone. I've always been one of the ones who get the huge burst of energy/focus from them.

In the last month or two all they do is make me EXTREMELY tired and there is no euphoria at all. What's going on?

I recently tried Adderalls and kind of binged on those for a couple weeks. They made me feel terrible and I'm done with that. Could the Adderalls have something to do with the change?

Or has anyone else experienced this sudden change with Vics/Percs for any other reason? Thanks in advance!
 
Most likely it's your tolerance has increased. It's common for them to lose their "magic" after taking them consistently. Adderall may or may not have affected this but the only way to lower your tolerance is taking a break from them.
 
Even with monthly usage (like very day for a week each month) over about 2 years with little or no change? I'm just confused at the totally sudden change. Thanks for the reply!
 
Either take a break or up your dose. If either of these methods work, you'll know it was tolerance. I cant speak on oxy bc I've only had it once but I've had plenty of experience with hydro. Opiates, like most other drugs, lose their magic somewhere along the road, causing you to move onto stronger forms ie the morphones, heroin etc.

20mgs used to get me ripped and were my best highs off hydrocodone. After a while of abusing the same drugs, your brain gets used to them and is no longer a "virgin" to those chemicals. Even after not touching any opiates for 6 months or so, 70mgs of hydro gives me maybe 20% of the euphoria I used to get
 
You should take a break. Your brain has changed as a result of the opiates. Let it reset a little instead of just upping your dose.
 
Yeah that is simply a result of tolerance. When mine was low I got that massive energy boost, too. Then once it got to a certain point that feeling was still kind of there, but dulled. I think is happening is the CNS depression is exceeding the euphoria, while when tolerance was low you only needed a dose that created a minimal amount of CNS depression to get a whopping load of euphoria. Now you need more to get that euphoria, thus more CNS depression is creaeted and it is now outweiging the euphoria.
 
A lot of Adderall tends to make a lot of people feel bad after a while. I think its the L amp component (I kinda think they put that in there to deter abuse like apap in lortabs). Have your script changed to either regular Dexedrine or vyvanse. I did, and not longer have that ragged out feeling Adderall gave me. Plus my blood pressure dropped back down to what it used to be, and no more muscle cramps.

How much do you normally take when you use. have you tried a cold water extract, upping your dose can be dangerous if your pills have a high amount of APAP. before taking a break, or upping your dose, try a CWE, its a simple process of extracting the codone, from the apap. it can make a big difference, even with your normal dose.
CWE PROCESS: Put a cup of water in the freezer for 10 minutes. Crush pills. Take out water and dissolve the pills in the water. Filter the solution and all your apap will be left in the filter and the solution in the cup is strait codone. its a simple process that can save your liver
 
since i don't know how to post a new question, Ill ask it here, do people still make bath tub qualudes?
