You mean N,N-Dimethylamphetamine?

That has been made, but it is much weaker than meth (most likely its main action comes from part of the dose being de-methylated to methamphetamine in the liver).

Pretty much all the dimethylamphetamine being produced today is an unwanted byproduct from trying to synthesize meth via the methylation of amphetamine.
