Why is Straterra and other NRI classified as nonstimulants?

It's always confused me considering that norepinephrine has a stimulant effect.Wellbutrin is even more confusing, given that it inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine AND dopamine.Any input on this is appreciated

It's not quite as bad as the term non-psychoactive for cbd, but it's a dumb oxymoronic term created by advertisers.

Well… both of those do NOT feel at all stimulating to me. I could sleep on both and sometimes doctors tell people to take Strattera at night. I do not know why - I think we just don’t know that much yet about drugs or the human body.
