Why is my lean yellow

First time trying lean and in the pictures it's always purple or pink and I poured some into a cup and it is a yellow color

Lorne, I believe he is talking about promethazine syrup. It can have different colors depending on the manufacturer. OP, if you look at the bottle it will tell you the name of the medicine and you can google what its ingredients are.
