Why is brick weed so rare these days

I thought I was the only one who gets anxiety from low grade reefer. It also gives me strange come downs....
The reason there is no brick weed are two reasons:
1. Less regulations leading to a lot more local high grade production that the lowest grades are the price of brick and so much better plus not pressed into bricks.
2. More improved packing and transportation methods plus with things like food sealers there's no need to wrap things up in smellproofed bricks as there are heatsealed bags that can hold large amounts of herb without destroying it completely by crushing it as flat and dense a brick you can.

This is my speculation:
I'd say technology and politics. Technology allows for higher quality and better efficiency . The politics in this country are shifting. MJ is legal in multiple states and quasi-legal in many others. Less importing, more domestic product.

restrictions and laws a have loosened quite a bit. Not sure if florida has a medical program but there is probably a state close by. Med rec's aren't always used for what they are intended for... if you catch my drift...

i get a lot of brick weed where i live
. it's very pressed and brown. i've found my joys in smoking it. it honestly looks horrible for the lungs. in a bong...? forget that. shit give me some serious chest pains one morning after ripping like a solid eighth of it in a bong all night after a party.. never got chest pains from weed otherwise and i've smoked out a lot.
i don't smoke it often anymore as weed has gotten better since i started smoking here. i definitely prefer the sticky green tho

Well, some of the weed in all of the legal/medical states we have now spill over into their border states. This results in high grade weed prices dropping and supply increasing. This, growing legally and then selling illegally, is called the "grey market".

I'm pretty sure that'd be done in the black market, as it's done so in a completely illegal marketplace.
A grey market is more of an unregulated, but technically legal, marketplace, much like people buying research chemicals online that are explicitly "not for human consumption." Another example of people taking advantage of a grey market can be them importing car parts of a model that was never marketed in their country (like the Nissan Skyline R32 in the US) either due to localization issues or failing to meet safety/smog standards, and rebuilding that car from the ground up if they were not approved to import.

basically, its no longer economically viable. Other more valuable things can fill smugglers pipelines.
its better to grow poppies than pot in mexico. and just send a few guys with guns to grow weed IN the USA, rather than ship the weed.
