Here's why i'll probably never do E again.
Last time I did ecstasy, I took 2 pills. This is my usual dose, because most E around here is pretty low quality, and since I only used to do it 3 or 4 times a year or less, I liked to really get wrecked when I did do it.


Anyway, everything was going great. Actually the experience itself was pretty good, just intense. Now heres the problem. After a while, I noticed that I could see everything, whether my eyeyes were closed or not. Now i figured this was just some type of hullicination, but I was still kinda worried because I've never had a hallucination on E before. I would make sure my eyes were closed, and I could still see everything perfectly, and it wasnt the image I had last seen when my eyes were closed. if I looked right, i would see what was on my right. My eyes werent open either, I'm positive. I checked with my fingers and in a mirror. Pretty fucked up, right?

Anyway, ever since that happened, I still have that illusion every now and then. It's really weird, and its almost always when im 100% sober. Ill just be laying in bed or something, with my eyes closed, not asleep, and I swear to god its like I can see right through my eyelids!

Now I know this doesn't make any sense. Maybe I'm just completely nuts. But I think that when I took those pills it either wasnt ecstasy, or it was like, really high dose. I think that they somehow caused some sort of braindamage.
Feel free to call me nuts, I probably am. If it matters at all, the pills I had were purple ones that were shaped like stars. Anybody with any comments at all would be great, I'd really like to know if this is braindamage or after effect or common or what, cuz i really have no idea how this could be possible
 
Did you test your pills before hand..? Are they on Pillreports..?

I've taken MDA and watched my face morph into a completely different person while looking in the mirror. If I close my eyes while on psychedelics the visuals become a lot more apparent, I will see very bright and colourful visuals on LSD. It is not uncommon for my friends to have similar hullicinations to me while on the same MDA pill aswell. I only ever hallucinate towards the end of the pill though.

You say you still have the illusion every now and then. Is it as vivid as when you had taken the pill?

For all we know you could have taken something completely different to MDA. It's important you research what you are taking before hand. Did any of your friends take the same pill and have hullicinations aswell?

I doubt you have done any damage to your brain though :).

so these perception changes can be long term then? this happened just about a year ago
 
no its not as vivid as while i was on the pills, but it can be bad enough that i wont be able to sleep. I've had more intense experiences on "E" pills before that happened, and I never had any type of hallucination. My vision will change alot obviously, but i never full on hallucinated. I do know other people that took these pills as well, and all they really had to say about them was that they were really strong and "molly".
around here everyone will say "oh these ones are methbased, these are heroin based, these are cokebased, and these are mollybased". I know that thats all completetly wrong but nobody listens, they are all pretty much a bunch of ignorant retards. They think they know alot about drugs, but as far as i know ecstasy is never coke or heroin based or anything else. When they say "mollybased" i guess they just mean pure, but it makes me wonder what all the other shit would be thats not considered molly. (my impression from erowid is that molly is actually short for molecular, so that means it wouldnt be in pill form anyway, right?)
 
Over that last 5 months ive only used drugs occasionally, and i dont smoke weed or drink more than once a week. Before that I was in jail taking no medication or drugs for 3 months, so its definately not drugs that are causing it. I do take St. Johns Wort in a low dose daily but i was having this "perception change" before i started taking it.

And I know what you mean by the dealers hyping their pills. Pretty much every pill ive heard of around here is a "triple stack" which is supposed to mean it as strong as 3 pills. its pathetic.
 
2c-i is getting common in pills. I closed my eyes and could see everything around me in different colours on 2c-i. Pretty amazing trip actually, but ended up vomiting. Not sure if that was due to 3 beers and lack of food?
 
Star shaped? Kinda sounds like a Piperazine. Most pipes are dye cut pills. Wouldn't really explain the very weird hallucinations. But its a possibility! Im sorry to hear about your experience with this.
 
I've got this affect from taking MD(M)A pills a few times..

Didn't last into soberness though.. how longs it been?

I doubt you have brain damage, btw.. xP
 
this isn't braindamage.
psychedelics (and mdma is a weak one, some piperazines have stronger psychedelic effects) can sometimes cause perception disturbances (in extreme cases called hppd) which last quite a bit longer than the drug's effects. 'seeing' through closed eyelids isn't uncommon with a lot of psychedelics.

it will most likely go away in few weeks (and will in fact go away faster if you just accept it and don't worry too much). i'd suggest staying away from all drugs (including caffeine!) for a while.

AHA!

afterimages my friend. psychedelics definitely increase the noticeability of these. I think your probably just seeing the light stains from when your eyes were open and tripping yourself out
