I'm sure there is more to this than meets the eye guys. Let's not start MOD bashing.
StoneHappyMonday has a ban that will expire in 0 Days, 10 Hours. This was caused by direct violation of the BLUA linked in my signature below. Beyond that details cannot be disclosed due to reasons of privacy, but exceptions are not made for blatant rule breaking no matter the posters situation.
