Why does Xanax effects

About a million reasons. Dose, variability in body chemistry/metabolism, some combine it with other drugs, some people like to act the fool....

Tolerance is also a very big factor. It's an incredibly easy and quick process to develop a huge tolerance to benzos, far easier than for alcohol, and it takes a long time to reverse it afterwards, if you've found yourself getting in too deep and wanting to get back out again with your sanity and nerves intact..8(

It depends on how well that person copes with decreased inhibitions. I, personally, have done stupid amounts of benzos and alcohol together (Xanax and vodka being one) and have never been told that I went crazy, or was nasty. I've lost a week, due to taking 500mg of diazepam, in powder form, on a few occasions, but I've never lost my mind. It's down to many psychological and physiological factors, and you won't know until you've done it. Benzos, like alcohol, can turn people into proper dicks. I've never had any sort of episode on benzos alone, and honestly can't imagine going into a rage, after taking them. GABA agonists seem to bring repressed memories and behaviours to the surface, in a pretty extreme way.

xanex did nothing for me with no tolerance at all - got my doc to write up valium instead (to be fair I was only getting them for the recreational value- but x2 blues and a bottle of red and im asleep) never tried 2-3 without booze
