Why does weed make my friends nose stuffy?

Does he inhale or exhale through his nose? Whenever I do that with any kind of smoke it fucks my shit all up.

Exactly what I was about to suggest... I had to stop exhaling/taking shotguns/french inhaling through my nose because I would get so congested that the high wouldn't even be worth it.

Its not an allergy, its because he is exhaling smoke, even a minute amount, through his nose
tell him to watch himself next time and he should be dandy.
