Why does this always happen to me on Adderall?

I was wondering if this happens to anyone else. Every time I take adderall, I react to it horribly. First off, I don't experience any of the energy most people talk abot. In fact, I usually end up laying down just riding out the euphoria. This lasts for a couple of hours or so; then come the stomach pains. I'm not even getting these off a large dose - I'm talking 30-45 mg at MAX (I weigh about 220 pounds as well, if this has any significance). After my high is done, I have these stomach pains for at least 2 days following. They kind of feel like hunger pains. Absolutely not worth the 2-3 hour slightly euphoric high that brings me NO energy whatsoever.

I dosed yesterday at about 3 PM. and didn't eat anything besides a bowl of cereal for the rest of the night. This morning though I ate a big breakfast, but it hasn't helped. I've given this stuff a bunch of chances, experimenting with different dosages, making sure I've eaten a lot prior to dosing, etc. I really want to experience a legitimate "speed" high, but adderall doesn't seem to be doing the trick; I just get a shit ton of side effects.

Anyone else have a similar experience with Adderall? Or perhaps an explanation for my problems? I really don't see why anyone would take this drug if it gave the user a 3 day stomach ache on a measley 30mg... this shit just really doesn't agree with me at all.
