Misc Why does specifically Nicotine withdrawal make you so angry?

ive tried quitting for the last few years. i was down to one or two cigs a day. taper. lol i dont know what happened at the moment but there were several incidents that came and washed the effort away.
i think i have pretty much gotten usage from abuse to use on everything but cigs. i can quit anything with minimal wds. cigs are a beast that i cannot tame it only leaves a vacuum waiting for more smoke to enter.

already edgy (for now) without nic it seems reason/logic leaves the scene and emotion/reaction comes online. maybe if i get rid of the anxiety issue i can effective quit the damn things...? idk we'll se how it pans out. fucked up that getting off cigs has become a long term goal. smdh

good luck

imma keep puffin til i dont.
✌🏼
I just buy Vaporesso Xros vapes that take replaceable/refillable pods. They're great. I think I've bought 2 packs of smokes in the last 11 years. And those were just for fun.

ill do the research

*what was current use of cigs before the switch?
*how long does a vape cart last on average?
*any noticable breathing changes/phlem/coughing etc? easier to breath?
1. 10 to 20 cigs per day, closer to 20...
2. These are empty pods you buy that you refill with store-bought nicotine salts (juice). You can buy in varying strength from 25% to 50% nicotine, usually. The pods last me about 2 weeks a piece, usually. It will depend how strong you use and how often you're vaping.
3. Night and day difference. I get anywhere from 40 to 100 miles of cardio a week and my lungs are in tip top shape compared to when I smoked. No more hacking up brown lung butter.
