Why does my back hurt when im rolling?

Everytime i drop a pill, towards the end of the night my lower back hurts and i just want to sit down. but im still rolling and having a great time! sometimes tho the pain is soo bad.

why does it hurt? and what can i do to prevent it from happening?
 
Are you being more active than normal? If you're really fucked sitting and down your prob been hunching over for ages and not noticed the pain signals until later on.

I have bad back but first time I did MDMA and went on an adventure it seemed to realign it, pain free for days and could even sleep on my back all might peacefully (Never sleep on back)

These days I do get a bad back after a night out which makes my already bad comedown even more hell.
 
take magnesium every day a week before you roll and right before you roll.

I tried this for a recent festival and i had 0 muscle aches in the morning and also minimised gurning.
 
yeah... i have a bad back in general so maybe dancing and moving it when im rolling makes it worse. i usually just sit when my back hurts but when im at a show i wanna dance and my back gets in the way!
 
i know what this person means. I get this also when i roll. usually the harder i roll the more the pain. Its like an aching pain. Also in my lower back. almost feels like kidneys or something. And its not from dancing or bending or anything it happens even when im melting in my bed with the fan on. Ive wondered this im glad he brought this up.
 
could either be just your back from dancing, or possibly kidneys aching from working so hard at trying to conserve water when you are rolling
 
You could be dehydrated. MDMA is very hard on your kidneys. Try drinking more water and see if that helps.
