karma is a wonderful theory. it gives things a sense of order and justice.
but i think really we get out of life what we put into it. so yeah, karma can make you feel good about yourself and what you have restrained from, but really, you should do these things not because your going to get something out of it, but because you think it is the right thing to do.
oh, and there is a difference between believing in karma and being a doormat.
