Like most people have said, inhalants (other than nitrous and poppers) are the class I really consider the bottom of the barrel. I'm was a homeless IV heroin addict, and even I look and that and go "dude that is really messed up, I think you have a problem".
People injecting methadone grosses me out too. My exbf used to do it sometimes, get a big 20ml syringe and shoot watered down methadone. I asked him why he wouldn't just drink it and all he said was basically that he loved the needle.
There's probably a few other kinds of drug use I'd consider really bad, but yea huffing gasoline and shit is the first that comes to mind, and easily the worst.
