Stimulants Why do speed highs vary so much? Anyway I can make them reliable?

This is about me, Mike and Ike

Whenever I do speed no high is the same. Sometimes I feel talkative, social, speedy and full of energy and not giving a fuck. Other times I feel relaxed, focused, calm, shivery, and empathetic towards everyone I know. Finally other times I just feel spacey and distant with no euphoria.

Every time Mike does speed (actually he does (Focalin) methylphenidate) he feels extreme energy, euphoria and confidence even from the smallest amounts (10mg)(although he doesn't have much experience with it) When Mike had 30mg of Focalin he started shaking uncontrollably but had a great time none the less.

When Ike did 10mg of Focalin he got a little bit of an effect that he noticed but compared to Mike's wasn't very much. When He had 20mg he got the spacy feeling I described only in a zombie way.

My question is why does this happen? Also is there anyway I can keep them reliable? Thanks

Drugs affect different people differently and social context, psychological mindset and physical setting can have a large impact on the subjective effects experienced.
