Why do so many of you men lie about your sexual experiences?

I've found that men tend to lie about being good in bed. But, it seems that it isn't so much their fault. They've been told by women that they were good so I guess they believed it.
 
People in general lie when they believe it will benefit them. Hasn’t this become obvious to you yet? Unless you are 16 I would hope that it has.

Your question is about as silly as me asking “Why do you girls constantly lie about the severity of your period for sympathy?”. Horrible generalization that should be left in grade school.

Regarding the marriage/God thing - can't you just get married in a government building (shit I don't know what those are called in English) so that it's got no link to religion?

See, what I don't get is - I don't by any means consider myself 'easy', but I've had more sexual partners than most people my age because 1. I lost my virginity when I was barely 15, 2. if I'm attracted to a guy I don't really see the problem in having a good night and 3. I think people make too big a deal out of sex.
So why would that be a problem for a guy? Honestly the only thing it changes is that I'm better at it because I've had more practice. So really I don't see how it could be anything other than positive.
 
I was a bastard until i was like 16. My parents got married in a balinese ceremony... My family isn't very religious, we pretty much don't give a fuck about religion.

That is certainly not a problem. Girls with more experience in the sack are fun. So are virgins. In fact sex is just fun. Period (no pun intended)

Ever heard of the key and lock analogy?

Basically it's relatively hard for a men to get sex, so getting a lot of it signifies there is something good about that man.

With women it's exactly the opposite, getting sex for them is relatively easy, so it makes them whores in many peoples eyes.

Not that I agree with it but this is how many people think.

Yeah fair enough. I mean my parents got married in a city hall so it was completely unreligious. That's what I plan on doing if I get married.

It's a retarded analogy too. Locks that designed to be opened by many different keys are generally far more expensive and higher end. They're used for access restriction between different groups that have some need to access some common areas, but also have areas that not to be accessed by everyone. Think places of employment, dormitories, military installations, etc.

That the lock can be opened by multiple, different keys is a feature.

Agreed. I also think this thread is really just about entertaining the OP, as opposed to generating any informative discussion.
