Why do people use steroids?

lol. Good catch, Genetic.

Lady Codone, I'm on a cycle. Once complete, I plan on taking at least as much time on as I did off (cycle + PCT). If I end up doing another cycle, it'll be no more than once a year. This is because I have no intention of competing. I just like working out and staying strong. I think running an occasional cycle fits my lifestyle.

Funny thing happened at lunch over a discussion today. A coworker was telling a story about this bad-ass guy and my coworker said he was really big, like me. Have to say it. That stroked my ego a tad.

Damn bro, that is some serious gear.

I been off for almost two months. Prior to this I was juiced almost a full year. . . . . I can just see myself slowly wither away. I eat almost 2x as much as I did on gear and I lift much smarter. But, there is no way to keep this LBM on my frame without sauce. In seven weeks I lost 12 pounds and I can't force feed myslf more than I already am.

OP should see "Bigger, Faster, Stronger." Great documentary IMO. It debunked a few myths and clarified a few things for me personally. It's free to watch if you just Google the title + "free online." Top result.

I just got sober 8-months ago, and I'm having a hard time getting motivated to work out. I use to be a top athlete before opioids, but having a recovering mind paired up with full-time work and sleep deprivation makes it extremely difficult to get back in shape. Would steroids bring that spark of motivation into the picture? or should I give my brain more time to get closer to fully healing from long term drug use?

What a stupid question that doesn't deserve to be answered. A better question than why do people use steroids is why is this thread allowed???

So I can look like this:

Without juice there would be no way I would get even close. My genetics are garbage, I trained natural for almost five years and gained damn near nothing. When I got on the sauce, I transformed within a year or so.

Hey I'd never want to look like that. Fuck that. I'd rather be skinny and look y'know, normal. I don't give a fuck if it makes all the ladies jump all over me, all those bitches are dumb.

I don't think taking drugs would be good for a former drug addict. and yes the answer is always give your brain more time to heal.

And I think you should give it time, train natural until you get a good foundation, for at least 6 months to 1 year assuming you have a lot of experiance in the past. Get your diet on track and your sleep pattern, then move onto some testosterone

Guido is 6'8", 275 pounds, 6 % BF, 9.5"

6'0, 200lbs, 8.5% body fat holding some water that I'm starting to get rid of with an AI. I need to either get to the doctor or hit up a pharmacutical dealer for a diuretic as well, I think a part of the water I'm holding is from the Methadone because when I used a diuretic in the past I looked fucking amazing. Just started with the Trenbolone so I should start drying out. Might even try a low dose of Masteron.

Going to toss in 7.5mg of Methyl-1-Testosterone to blow up for 2 weeks. I just bought some more dumbbells, got all my protien on hand, my package is waiting for me at the post office, and I have the M1T coming in the mail.

Next week I'm ordering some Dostinex, Dyazide, Methyldienolone, possibly some Masteron, and more Melanotan II. From now to October I'm really going to put some hard ass work in. I want to improve my chest, lats, triceps, forearms, and abdominals. Not looking to become a mass monster, I want a Frank Zane like physique just with slightly more mass but I want to keep the proportions and tight waist.

Got any pics of urself guido that you would be willing to post? I'm curious to your build because I was the same at the end of my last cycle, only at 10.5% bf same height and shit

I think that he already made a comment about it before lol

Guido,
Anything below 10 percent BF is legit. I personally have had the same look of fat on me since I was 12 years old. When I first started working out, I actually dropped more muscle than fat. Wasn't eating enough and had a HUGE hormonal response to working out.

I also like the traditional bodybuilder look, before GH gut became the norm. Broad shoulders, tight waist. I am a big guy, with broad shoulders, but hips as well ( Not huge, I just have an X frame. Legs flare out a lil ) For me to create the illusion, I have to make sure that my medial delts and lats are big big big. Unfortunately, I have high insertions in my lats too.

At the moment, I am 6'2", 210lbs (May have dropped a few pounds since foot injury) about 15 % BF. After I bulk up on this cycle, provided that I'm happy with my lagging body parts, I'll do a cutting phase to try to drop to <10%BF.

I got to damn near 10% on my last cycle. But, it's just hard as hell to maintain. Right now I been sick for almost two weeks and I can just see myself get fatter quick.

What I like about cruising on sauce is that you can actually lag on your diet(not eat crap, just eat less) and you will retain LBM very well. Without it, I have to force feed myself most of the day with lean food.

This was me a week before I started injecting Testosterone 2 years ago.

In this photo I believe I was at 9%-10%, holding some water and weighing in at 170lbs. I spent a lot of time before blasting losing a great deal of fat and establishing a foundation of strength and some mass to build from as well as acquiring the knowledge I would need to use steroids properly, lift properly, and diet properly.

You have to eat to grow and protien is very important. I just upped my protien significantly and the difference it has made is night and day with the gains I'm making now.

Illusion? Bodybuilding is about illusion and being a bodybuilder is being a master of illusion. The correct proportions will make you look 20lb-30lb heavier, water in all the right places will make your muscles look bigger, manipulating the subcutaneous water will make you looker leaner than you are and manipulating carbs can make you much fuller as well. Posing the right way can make you seem more massive and leaner as well as being under the right lighting conditions. You can take a lean 180lb guy, give him some Anadrol and Dyazide on top of the Tren, EQ, and Masteron he is on and have him deplete himself carb wise and then load up and while he is 180lbs at 6% he now looks over 200lbs at 4%. Put him under some down lighting and all of a sudden he will look extra freaky ripped.
