Why do people use Oxycontin and not Heroin?

In Canada, our “safe supply program” gives serious addicts prescription Diamorphine (Heroin) to be administered onsite at facility with nurse and clean gear etc.

A medical journal study found the study participants couldn’t differentiate the difference between IV Diamorphine and IV Hydromorphone (Dilaudid). Prescription ampoules of Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) are commonly prescribed to addicts too, as it doesn’t require the stringent restrictions and guildlines required for Diamorphine

The dispense oral Dilaudid 8mg tablets also…..but are often sold on the streets to score H …as oral HM is a waste to most users

Injectable Hydromorphone v.s. Diacetylmorphine are nearly indistinguishable and both are Tier 1 potent opioid narcotic analgesic compounds …pharmaceutical Dilaudid vials for injection are Extremely desirable and is actually slightly more potent than Diacetylmorphine. Slightly.

I can’t believe several pharmaceutical companies market Diamorphine (small paper box, plastic sleeve, 5 ampoules) 5/10/30/100/500mg doses vials….Google them and see pics lol…. Diamorphine 500mg vial, my lord. A half gram of 100% pure pharmaceutical Diacetylmorphine Hydrochloride for IV/IM/SC injection ….lol, my lord

Sandoz Canada has the best Hydromorphone product on earth…. A small glass 10ml bottle with an entire gram of Hydromorphone for IV/IM/SC injection ….. Hydromorphone HP FORT (small 10ml glass vial-red label) 100mg/per ml. Your standard insulin syringe 30 gauge 1c.c. ……each 0.1 is 100mg of HM lol ….half full syringe, 500mg HM ….the vial is Sooooo freaking small can comfortably hide in your pocket even

I get depo-Testosterone 10ml glass vials 100mg/per ml / 1,000mg in 10ml vial (same as Sandoz HM vial)

Hydromorphone being extremely water soluble can have an insanely high amount of HCL powder in the smallest volume of water, and when administered via IV injection is VERY Potent ……Extremely potent. Wow….

I live in Australia brother and were both commonwealth so you'd be fucking surprised not to dissimilar our medical systems are in prescribing and allowing what drugs onto market. The heroin 500mg Ampules however fucking, WOW... as someone who loves hydromorphone and oxy the most and doesn't bother with heroin, I shiver at seeing that imagining just wow, *The demon inside Smiles wide* the dealer inside also!

Did once have a pill laced heavily with Heroin and supposedly a little oxy, wasn't told till after but at the time I was naive for months and only ever did 80 ocs cut in half max 2-3 a day before I took the first break from my first use, it started with 2-500mg codeine doses then the 80 oxys with other opiates here or there rarely at the time though. So regardless of bioavailability it put my ass down for 8 hours drooling but it felt like morphine on roids is how I always put it. Thankfully I did have my first heavy phase prior or completely naive only ever having had 2-3 60mg codeines would of probably OD'd me. Also I tried dilaudid very late into my life as far as using opiates go, a few years at least and I have never IV'd a opiate outside of surgery/hospital. Smoking pills and perc's off foil to me is almost worse than a crack pipe maybe not but if I ever wanted to id roll up some afghan into a joint if my old plugs i us to sell from could still source it, I know its mostly CW atm round me.
