Meth Why do meth and fentanyl taste so good mixed together?

I wonder if it’s for the same reason that if it tasted like actual fermenting sewage people would still keel over in the streets to feel it while people would cross to the other side to avoid the smell of the users.

Addictive things taste good because we would repeat anything that made us feel that way like hi is pixie or trying to cold cop the same busted ass corner.
 
Not sure where you live but in my area if you even slightly burn your meth , is one of most disgusting things ever . so explain how your smoking them together.
 
Meth is ungodly strong like it is made for grizzly bears. It has to be one of the hardest drugs to gauge a comfortable dosage that doesn't last for 24-48hrs.

It is weird how eating food is damn impossible no matter how hungry one is.

The street Fentanyl feels like a type of speed, doesn't really produce a "opioid high", and costs too much for what it is. It does not hold a flame to Heroin#4 regarding "euphoria", duration, half-life, and/or a "reward feeling." Also Heroin can be taken throughout the day and it still produces the desired effect. Street Fentanyl only works on the first dosage and is very short lived.

It makes sense why dealers started adding Xylazine and Benzos to add a sedative effect. I do not agree adding them but it is how it goes in the new world of "polishing a turd" and calling it silver or bronze.

Heroin#4 now is basically the 2nd coming of Earth's creator coming to save all and would justify being involved in the dope game (in a sick way). Even if it was overly expensive per gram, the demand for it is larger than ever. The demand would be insane now that 7-OH has provided an option for Fetty and good Rx pain killers are few and far between.
 
Respectfully,Them Witches ,Imop as a heavy user of both ( until recently) and at least in the southwest, fentanyl is quite the opposite, it's a depressant and true it doesn't have the long legs like heroin, it is very much as strong especially now that the fentanyl powder has become popular. Also I might add , most people are having to use it multiple times daily to stay well but it seems , to me at least it feels just as good / you get just as high just about every time vrs the first hit of the day. .

it's pure, sharp, acrid, crystalline substance and the sickly sweet cut you can smell straight thru the bag that they mix the fentanyl with that make it count. there are so many other drugs taste just as good or better, really. Crack might be the first other example of the 'tasty drugs' to smoke, after that maybe wax.

I personally mix the fentanyl and meth 1:1 to smoke. That's my ratio. The sweetest ratio.
 
@letsparty -- Respectively, Illicit fentanyl works both ways for tolerant patients & users. I know plenty that get a "speed" type effect and a ceiling effect without catching a nod, this includes intravenously and insufflation. For pre & post surgery I request other opioids instead of Sublimaze because I never feel sedated and the duration is too short.
High doses every 4hrs of IV Oxymorphone and IV Diluadid for pre/post OP pain are right up my alley. Include IV Inapsine (Droperidol) and/or IV Duracion (Clonidine) turns the surgery experience into a "vacation cruise."

I am not saying that Fentanyl is not an effective pain killer by any means. It does not produce the same "euphoric" feeling as high purity Heroin #4. Fentanyl feels "cold & mechanical" and Heroin # 4 feels "warm, loving & therapeutic."

My opioid tolerance is defined as "acute tolerance" and also defined as "tachyphylaxis" from 38 years of Rx opiates & opioids including illicit Heroin #4 IV use and Fentanyl. I have exhausted my opioid rotations because of "rapid tolerance" which created "acute tolerance" to about every type of narcotic. The only PO (oral) Rx's I will take are Roxicodone and Methadone because of the high oral bioavailability of Roxicodone and the fulll-life of Methadone. Oxymorphone, Hydromorphone, and Morphine do not hit the mark PO (oral) for me. I take Roxicodone 30mg every 4hrs and Methadone every 6hrs. The Methadone keeps the Roxi from dropping below a certain point and allows me get get decent sleep without waking at 4am sneezing like crazy and hot flashes.

I want an opioid rotation going to Levorphanol "the forgotten opioid" and keeping Roxicodone 30mg every 4hrs, ultimately removing Methadone. It is difficult to get an Rx for Levorphanol in the US for chronic non-cancer pain. However, studies are starting to open up again about the benefits of it for Chronic pain syndrome which I have a diagnosis of. Mallinckrodt makes a Levorphanol Tartrate 2mg tablet but most pharmacies do not stock it.

Levorphanol acts predominantly as an agonist of the μ-opioid receptor (MOR), but is also an agonist of the δ-opioid receptor (DOR), κ-opioid receptor (KOR), and the nociceptin receptor (NOP), as well as an NMDA receptor antagonist and a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). Levorphanol, similarly to certain other opioids, also acts as a glycine receptor antagonist and GABA receptor antagonist at very high concentrations. As per the World Health Organization, levorphanol is a step 3 opioid and is considered eight times more potent than morphine at the MOR (2 mg levorphanol is equivalent to 15 mg morphine).

Relative to morphine, levorphanol lacks complete cross-tolerance and possesses greater intrinsic activity. The duration of action is generally long compared to other comparable analgesics and varies from 4 hours to as much as 15 hours. For this reason levorphanol is useful in palliation of chronic pain and similar conditions. Levorphanol has an oral to parenteral effectiveness ratio of 2:1, one of the most favorable of the strong narcotics. Its antagonism of the NMDA receptor, similar to those of the phenylheptylamine open-chain opioids such as methadone or the phenylpiperidine ketobemidone, make levorphanol useful for types of pain that other analgesics may not be as effective against, such as neuropathic pain. Levorphanol's exceptionally high analgesic efficacy in the treatment of neuropathic pain is also conferred by its action on serotonin and norepinephrine transporters, similar to the opioids tramadol and tapentadol, and mutually complements the analgesic effect of its NMDA receptor antagonism.

@letsparty -- Brother be careful out there with illicit Fentanyl, tranq-dope, Nitazines, and Hep-C. I wish you the best in and for your life and if you get tired of the dope game follow that instinct man. I had Hep-C from 2000 to 2007. I cured it myself using "standardized" Milk Thistle Extract, Green Tea Extract, and Grape Seed Extract every morning with a bowl of non-instant oatmeal. The oatmeal helps those active ingredients in the small intestine longer for increased & max absorption. I have been tested 5 times since then and the RNA test always comes back negative (the antibodies still shows that I was previously infected). I still remember my mother's tears the day she found out I was infected with Hep-C.
 
Isn't that the combo george Floyd was chewing on when those cops pulled him over?
 
Obviously I'm in no position to comment on the street drugs in the US but a few months ago someone I knew (Eddie - he died recently), mentioned that he and another opioid user had begun to consume what was being sold as 'Crystal' but who knows what on earth THAT is.

Then I had a thought. Lefetamine (SPA) is an opioid with a 1,2-diphenylethylamine scaffold. It's known to have both opiate and stimulating effects. So I do wonder if someone has been producing the N,N-dimethyl homologue of pyrophenidone as that would fit almost perfectly. Uncontrolled, synthetically simple, appeals to a wider range of consumers. Not particularly potent, but if it's cheap as chips to make, it's a good way to get stimulant users into an even bigger hole.

Just a passing thought.

Actually pure heroin 94% #4 it also has short legs. A dealers habit of that is on another level. Short half life. Every 3-4hrs dose is need it. cut like morphine sulfate. it has legs and morhine sulfate ads a prodruce legson 94% pure can be cut down 3-5 times by the time it gets to Baltimore Scramble. Philly is adding dark web fake fetty "RC compund" cut with Xylazine 300mg/10-20mL liquid then drying the rapid heavy affinity to the alpha-2 receptors 1 and 2. Clonidine is 40 times strong than Xylayzine mg per mg. just safer like Precedex. Dexmedetomidine is 3-6 times stronger than (Duraclon)/ clonidine HCl IV

Precedex (generic name: dexmedetomidine) is a prescription, fast-acting sedative and pain-reliever primarily administered via IV in hospital settings. It is unique because it calms patients and allows them to sleep without significantly suppressing their breathing, allowing them to remain easily arousable and cooperative. This is the strongest alpha-2, ICU only drug. The new alpha-2 they are adding filly is two times weaker than Precedex. but it is a cheaply made version of it.

I've never heard a client suggest that. Almost all complained that it was 'too subtle' or 'has no warmth' but not one ever said they needed to use it more often that the brown smoking heroin that they had used before being prescribed pharmacutical diamorphine hydrochloride.

I strongly suggest it's because even the South East Asian heroin of which I think you speak (the other 5 or 6% is caffeine) is still really intended to be snorted or smoked (the caffeine lowers the MP of the mixture making the addition salt smokable).

Only pharmacutical diamorphine is actually designed to be injected and of course the rapid onset is really why it's still in the BNF. A person suffering a myocardial infraction suffers extreme distress which floods their bodies full of the endogenous 'fight or flight' compounds which ironicaly just makes things worse. But for them the analgesic action still seems to last for 4 hours or so.

When I had a large #4 H habit (USA) I could do only one IV shot per 24 hours and it would hold me until the next day. My shots were big though in the 300mg range, but I noticed that the more often you dose the more your body becomes used to those “meal times” so to speak. The H I was getting in NYC was mostly either Mexican or Sout East Asian #4 and I tested it at an independent lab for any other contaminants since I was buying 5+ minimum grams at a time back then.

I can well imagine that there will inevitably be a rate-limiting metabolic step if you consumed 300mg of diamorphine in a single sitting. You aren't the first to say one HUGE dose fixed them for 24 hours but I noted that for such people it wasn't so much that they nodded for all that time. They simply didn't get sick. It would be interesting to know why.

I've met about six or seven people who used diamorphine in that way. Obviously even with SE Asian white H, you never know for sure what's in there.

But I have heard other note similar things.

I only noted a couple of weeks ago that the 'lost arc of the covenant' that were 500mg dry-amps of pharmacutical diamorphine are no longer listed in the BNF.

Now to be fiar, people thought those were intended to simply be injected but the somewhat bleaker truth is that they were used in syringe-drivers, almost always as part of palliative care and even then, 500mg of pure diamorphine does speak of immense suffering.
