Opioids Why do I have nausea but I didn't have it the last 2 times?

So I took 2 oxy 40's but cut them in half, the new op 40's and I had the best time with no problems but this time, I cut a 40 in half and had nausea for the whole 12 hours, why is this? If I didn't have the last 2 times, why this time? I don't get it.

I just swallowed them and even ate something after he did.

As far as nausea is concerned, opiates can do that especially to those without a decent tolerance. I've only had experience of opiates orally and only recently, I find that a full stomach reduces the chances of feeling sick but it's still a bit hit and miss. Best to dose lower if you are experiencing negative effects, even some of the time form your chosen dose

So should I do 15 or 10? Are they safe for cutting? Is it possible to do anything else to these new op 40's besides swallow them?

As far as the OPs go any method that has been found just isn't worth the trouble if you're looking to snort or smoke them. The perc/Roxie 30s are the new oxy 80 ( at least where I'm at ) Upset stomach is pretty common with OxyContin/codone in many people. Usually with constant use it gets lighter. A friend used to drink milk with hers, not sure if there is any truth to that or not. You might just have to lighten your dose

Yeah, I really don't want to up my tolerance. Does tolerance always stay with you forever? I'm going to try 10 when my stomach gets better...

Opiate tolerance is long-lasting, yes.

The tolerance that "sticks" with you varies from person to person and has to do with how long a break you take. Some people have a naturally high tolerance that sticks with them and some have a low tolorance that goes down quickly when the drug is removed. It really has to do with your body.

I would stick to the oral route. If you feel it is necessary to go another I would suggest "plugging", reactal admin increases the BA in some people.
