Why did you choose your Bluelight user name?

I think i joined because I was annoyed by the bullshit being spouted by people about mephedrone.
 
I came to get ecto info, probably found it via pillreports. I had a different username to begin with but when the boards changed over I couldn't log in anymore.
 
I'm a fan of breakcore and a fiend for drugs.. If i got the option to change it it would be for chemicalfiend or something, seems more appropriate as i ain't listened to much breakcore for a while, minimal house fiend doesn't quite have the same ring to it.
 
^Mate I think yours is pretty self-explanatory :D thanks for breaking it down though. You're right, "minimalhousefiend" would make you sound like a total fucking fanny. Much the same reason that my initial username, "progressivepsytrancefan", got scrapped.
 
Lol^ yeah tbh I'm not sure why i even bothered posting in this thread, I aint taken anything today but the dmt I smoked last night is must of got rid of any depression :D

I think if i could choose another it'd be something like ContagiousPathogen, as thats what i think me new track shall be christened ;)
 
Mine's a small ineffective pet dragon from the Discworld books, plus I was stuck for a username that I don't use anywhere else. Lurked for years, figured I might as well post occasionally. ;)
 
it took me a few days of trying to find out about the h drought to find this place. a random click. i went to that drugs forum... i made a post and sank without a trace.. had a different user name....whoa, and all those emails in your in box saying email from drugs forum. yeh, but i couldn't believe my luck when i found this place. a few members didn't really make us feel welcome to start with...

I actuallly remember your (real) former handle. More because of how very, very, very, stupid I felt for not 'getting' it prior to the change than anything else.

yeh, the lurkers, there is a lot to read around here, and you just decide if you wanna comment or not...bl is so big though, it really is global...fantastic ...time place etc

Yeah, nothing to get, just what people call me. Although I'm enjoying the idea of you guzzling amphetamines and pinning red thread and newspapers to the wall as you desperately try to crack the code.

I only wish it had been that glamorous. Instead I drank lots of Kestrel Super, had lot of psychotic breaks and eventually learned to read backwards. Rather than thinking your name was an Anglicised form of an the first syllable of a popular German name. ;)

It's frightening to remember how much controvery and stigma there was in EADD over heroin when the drought first hit. And really heartening to se how it's not that way anymore.

its all fucking relative, you can be assured we are all scum in the eyes of most of society simply for being members here, whether youre a theory-only chemist or a 20yr smackhead with no veins, a fistfull of abcesses (plural?) mainlining two day old, rehydrated, over acidified blood/heroin in front of jeremy kyle









..on a lighter note, just spotted two screennames i like in the comments section of a star trek episode-disection blog, one helpfully located directly below the other, that being Archmage of the Aether and The Quirk respectively
