Why can't all decent men and women call themselves feminist

"the doctrine advocating social, political, and all other rights of women equal to those of men."

Seems simple enough. It gets blown out to so much more. Things that hurt the root of what it means. Decent people know better.

 

Because "Feminist" sounds feminine. Some people don't like classifications (what the hell is that anyways) that make them sound un-manly.

I don't like to be called a feminist, but I do think everyone should have equal rights; Black, white, blue, yellow, green, gray, guy, or girl or a combination thereof. It don't matter, people are people and we all should be treated fairly.
