Why benzos kill my Tramadol (Ultram) high???

Is the rush from the oxcodone activating the receptors or the oxy being converted to morphine in the brain?
I can't answer your question, but I'm fairly sure oxycodone doesn't convert to morphine. Thats why it doesn't show up on a standard NIDA-5.

I usually take one 200 mg sustained release tramadol tablet in the morning and evening, and that is just to feel 'normal'. Sometimes I take 4 tabs of 50 mf tramadol instead (Instant release), and that still gives me a buzz and feelings of warmth !!!
