Why are there hardly any images of oxymorphone ampoules?

This might sound like a silly question but seriously, why are there hardly any images available of injectable oxymorphone? This doesn't just apply to Numorphan, but also the Opana injection ampoules produced by Endo. I think it's probably due to the fact that oxymorphone is a pretty strong (more specifically very strong relative to other semisynthetic opiates) narcotic analgesic and there aren't many situations which necessitate the use of oxymorphone. Though, hydromorphone injections are pretty common in medical settings and hydromorphone is a pretty potent opiate. So, in addition to my first question, I'm also curious as to why oxymorphone injections aren't used more frequently in medical settings.
