Why are the legal ramifications for growing weed so high???

imo there should be no higher penalty for growing weed vs possesion.

Think it is BS how they claim weed supports terrorism and shit, but then punish a guy growing a few plants for personal consumption worse then if he just bought the weed...

they do kill people over weed. but it isnt like pounds and ounces, its like kilos and kilos and kilos and kilos :D

nowhere near what someone, anyone, would be able to realistically grow for themselves.











its a victimless & harmless act, and the greatest most multi-purpose/use plant in the world.


















look into the history of it and you'll see its all to make money, same shit is happening today, with global warming, etc.

bullshit to make money and get control & take away rights.


with weed it was to make mexicans and blacks easy to control.

they use capitol punishment in Scotland?

i live in TX. We kill more people in a year then most other countries and even here there is no death penalty for pot

Because its a felony to manufacture a drug, which is what cannabis cultivation is.

It is bullshit considering how it is considered soft, and growing it isn't very dangerous like a meth lab lol.

Yeah even one plant can get you in trouble, plus they'll book you with intent to sell.
