Why am I not subscribed to threads?

I've posted and manually subscribed to threads, but none are listed in my subscriptions. What's the problem?

Yes, there's nothing there. People have responded to the threads I've started too.

Silly question, OP, but after you click on "subscribe to thread" are you then clicking on "add subscription" and letting it run through its loading process without hitting the back button?

I had issues subscribing to threads if I hit "add subscription" and then after letting it load hit the back button.

No, I let it load and redirect. I just did it with this thread now, still no subscription.
