^Go outside and run, or cycle. Both are (in my opinion) the best way to lose weight very quickly. If you are cycling, pop it in a medium gear and concentrate on pedal cadence, I can give you more info if you want. If you are a gym rat, try a spinning class, nothing will burn fat like a hardcore spinning session. You are gaining muscle, which is good. Lean muscle helps burn fat, just concentrate more on intense, longer-lasting cardio. Oh yeah, and replace the pasta you currently eat with whole wheat pasta! Cheers...
