Why am I hungry on dxm?

I'm tripping right now on about 500 mg of dxm and for some reason I'm starrrvvvinnngggg I was wrestling from 11-8 o'clock and skipped dinner so will eating right now ruin the rest of meh treep

Yup Im always hungry and it def negatively affects anything u take orally when you add food
