Who's getting L.A. Noire tonight/tomorrow?

This game looks amazing, Rockstar is consistently one of the only companies that holds my attentions with video games.

Everyone seems to love it, I'm excited as hell. Who's going to be getting it at midnight tonight? I'm gonna pick up my copy tomorrow.

Got it today, out of boredom. Pretty good. It's no GTAIV, but it is pretty fun. It does get a little tedious at times, however.

Dunno much about it, look cool in adds, but no game IMO is good enough to go wait outside or inside a store till midnight to get, I can always wait, a day or a month or more for any game.

I would definitely recommend doing that. I was pretty disappointed in the game myself, considering it comes from Rockstar. I usually wait the year, but I was bored out of my mind.

Its a good game but does seem alittle overrated. You must definitly atleast rent it.

I would personally rate it an 8.0-8.5 out of 10

i went and bought it yesterday. the wife is interested in it and thats more than enough incentive to purchase. it looks amazing, leaps and bounds further than any game before it with its new mocap stuff. the story itself is pretty damn interesting and the interrogations are awesome IMO. ill rate it again after i finish it, but right now its definitely a 10 for me.

i also like detective games and im a huge fan of games with good stories (condemned series, bioshock) so im a bit biased. i also think that this is a turning point for video games, assassins creed: revelations has already stated that they are using mocap. wont be too long before this is the industry standard.
