whoa, no driving for me today.

I had a late one last night....a friend came round & we hit it hard. I took over the course of the evening 140mg of diaz, two zoipiclone tabs, 400mg of codeine, & a large amount of wine/gin/hash....

I only do this sort of thing every 2 months or so, & I had a very bad stressful time last week, so I reckon I deserved (even needed) a binge with a mate.

Thing is, I'm expected to drive later on today, but no chance! I'm still fucked & after about 4 hrs sleep I'm having a nice refreshing gin & tonic. Even if I waited till this evening I would not be fit to drive even tho *technically* I would be sober enough alcohol-wise to drive, but no way.

This is Harm Reduction....whatever the law says, I know I'm not going to be safe to drive until tomorrow. So phone calls will be made & the car stays put. Pissed-off people can be pissed off, but its better than me potentially killing someone because I'm not quite with it.

Those of you here who are responsible drivers will understand what I'm saying I think.have a chilled-out day everyone, I'm going to.

Good to see you had a nice day, try and revolve your drug use around your schedule. It is most likely the diazapam that has still really messed up your coordination as doses as low as 30mg leave me feeling slightly wobbly the next morning.

Yep. I don't normally do doses of diaz at that level. & the zop/alcohol mix is not advisable.

I'm a bit more than 'slightly wobbly'.....I cant move around the house without being careful... I'm staggering around ffs lol
