who i should go for in NHL?

Detroit would be a good start, I mean, its Hockeytown.
Minnesota Wild as well, I mean, its the State of Hockey.
Cant go wrong with either one above.
Just dont try to rout for Teams whos franchises are nothing but go money getters. (Places that have teams in areas where hockey doesnt have a strong threshold or my personal favorite, where they done even have snow! :X)

Is Anaheim one of those places where they dont like hockey? Sorry for my ignorance.

Well no, I made a poor job of explaining that,
the only reason they have so many people who like hockey is because its an LA team. The city of LA is the second largest in the US, thats the only reason that they have fans (The population).
What I mean are places that have roots to hockey and hockey fans.
So really to answer your question the right way, no, they dont like hockey in Anaheim, but they do have a lot of fans because of the massive population.

you have to make sure to specify though. "they" in general may not like hockey in anaheim (if you're basing it on the percentage of the population), but anaheim fans, at least all that i've talked to, LOVE their team and are knowledgeable about the game.

All the original six towns have to be hockeytowns

They ran a front page picture of Hossa walking through his new locker room when he was still in the wings.......if that makes sense

nope... it doesn't. :D

OOOOH... actually i do think i get what you're saying. hossa walking through the chicago locker room while still on the wings' roster?

im tellin you the blackhawks will be the team to watch out for..watch us win like 5 cups in next 10years

5 cups in 10 years may be a little overzealous, but i do see the hawks winning 1 or a couple. they're steadily becoming one of the most talented teams in the league. they've had some good draft picks and have been developing some spectacular talent. the signing of hossa may have been the breaking point. their franchise has absolutely turned the corner and they look like they're gonna reach the top before they hit the bottom EASILY! good on the hawks organization.
