My libido was (too, for my taste) high before opioids killed it completely. Now even sober I have no more desire to fuck. Only occasion it came back was when I've been trying testosterone gel and a stimulant (prolintane) on top of that. So my hunch is low dopamine and testosterone, which isn't too far guessed as opioids suppress T and over time probably dopamine as well.
