white powder no smell at all

Hi everyone, merry xmas.

Just recently acquired some Molly, a very fine white but crystally powder which didn't have a smell at all (I thought mdma was supposed to smell aniseedy)

My friend said it was very pure and you only need a little amount ie a tiny bump on the end of a key. I was a little suspicious, so I ordered a Marquis test kit.
I was kind of expecting a yellow result (most Molly is Methylone) however to my surprise it turned a dark black color immediately.

On the Marquis chart it also says DXM tests black

Can I be pretty safe to assume this is an MDx type substance and not DXM?

Pure MDMA I'd colourless and odourless. You could very well have good biz. A point should get you going if its good and you don't have any tolerance.

Someone with better testing knowledge will chime in soon no doubt.

DXM turns marquis Grey - MDxx (for example) turns it Dark Blue/Purple .

Read your instructions carefully or have a read about how to use a Marquis kit - DXM may react with a bit of fizzing/vapor and then grey to blue/black. MDxx may fizz give vapour but go instantly Purple/Black.

MDMA is made from Safrole, which is a sticky brown oil. Pure MDMA is white and has NO smell, but often clandestine MDMA is far from pure and has a large amount of impurities left over from synthesis. Its not SUPER harmful, but that isnt exactly the kind of shit you want to eat.


That's what makes MDMA brown and smell though, left over by products from the synthesis. Same reason that coke smells like diesel

People say there is something about the synth or not washing it properly which has to do with the colour. I've seen it in tan, yellow, white and brown. The best stuff for me is this white powder that very sprakly and crystally. It's really sticky and kinda cakes together, cleanest and best stuff I get or have ever got.

weirdly enough.............there are lots of documented reports of "brown" mdma being very good. I fully understand that "pure mdma" crystasl should be almost clear. But over many years i have witnessed dirty looking brown (burnt brown sugar) mdma providing great highs with all the good MDMA effects.

thanks for the responses. so you would say it isnt harmful? it is regent tested and positive for mdma, so i know what it is. but ive just never had tannish molly before. its from a very reputable source. i am only planning on taking 100mg to start. it has a lot of pure white crystals, but over-all it is sticky and tan. smells like black licorice.

I had brown mdma once and the comedown was horrible. Was rolling good but it was pretty mild and I felt so shit the next day. I looked it up and appearantly brown mdma skipped some cleaning processes or something, so from that you can conclude the maker is lazy and it's safe to assume it's overall (not always) less quality than crystal clear m.

chances are its good. MDMA can literally be any colour depending on how it was made. I personally would not have any issue taking something sold to me as MDMA and then tested black on a reagent such as a marquis test.

You have done as much as you can to check if its ok. I currently have brown MDMA that is sticky-ish. I'll be taking it. Id rather have non-sticky clear stuff but this is not always going to happen.

Try leaving it exposed to the air, it may dry up a little making it a bit easier to work with.

Id generally agree. Id rather have clear / light tan coloured MDMA. But I have heard countless testimonials from folk taking brown MDMA with very positive results. I will be able to update after new year as the stuff i have is the brownest/ dirtiest mdma i ve ever had. Bit sticky too.

I got some MDA recently that is a solid rock, no crystals, and when broken becomes a powder. 100mg had me rolling for hours upon hours. I prefer MDA over MDMA any day of the week. So the only way to know is to test with your reagents not by what it looks like.

yo Kroniiic how did you find the MDA comedown? I only every had MDA in pills 10+years ago and i loved it, but the comedown was unreal. Felt like torture.

Sorry for the offtopic, but I'm wondering this for a while now - is it correct after redosing mdma multiple times your stomach (or something else, I forgot the story) turns it into mda? I always hallucilate like crazy after rolling for ~5 hours, and I really love it

some MDMA is metabolized into MDA in the stomach yes...and that is speculated to cause the halusenations usually seen with larger doses of MDMA.
