Um, I thought the price of gas has dropped recently. It has in NY at least. Either way, I don't think that higher gas prices would cause a drought for certain drugs. I think that gangs and drug cartels can afford to fill up a few tanks of gas. I doubt they are like "once the gas prices his $X/gallon we are going to pull out of the drug trade and invest in the stock market instead." I'm sure that if it got really high then it would have an effect on price, but it would still be sold, but just for more.
